Privacy Notice

This storefront is operated by Acme Dumpsters LLC ("Acme Dumpsters", "we"). We are the business responsible for the personal information you give us here. Our storefront software is provided by Dumpzy, which processes your information only on our instructions as our service provider.

1. What we collect

Your name, phone number, email, the delivery address and placement notes, the photo of the spot if you add one, your booking and its history, delivery and pickup photos, scale tickets, the consents and terms you accept (with timestamps, IP address and device information as evidence), messages between us, and payment records held by Stripe on our account. We never see your full card number.

2. Why

To quote, book, deliver, pick up and bill your rental; to send you the order updates you consent to; to compute any weight overage from the scale ticket and show you the evidence; to handle extensions, cancellations, refunds and disputes; to keep the records the law and our landfill require; and to protect against fraud.

3. Who else receives it

Dumpzy (storefront software, messaging and evidence storage, as our service provider); Stripe (payment processing on our account); our disposal facility (weight tickets reference the job, not you); our drivers and dispatch team; and authorities when the law requires. We do not sell your information.

4. Texts and emails

Order texts are sent only if you ticked the consent box at checkout; reply STOP to any text to stop them. Emails about your booking are sent to the address you gave us. If a text reaches you that you did not expect from us, reply STOP and call us at +14075550100.

5. Retention

Booking records, acceptances and scale tickets: 5 years, for tax and disposal records. Photos and messages: 2 years after the booking closes. Payment records: per Stripe's retention on our account.

6. Your rights

Email hello@acmedumpsters.example or call +14075550100 to access, correct or delete your information, subject to the records we must keep. If your state's privacy law gives you additional rights, we honor them and respond within 45 days. Dumpzy will refer any request it receives about your booking to us.
